Ours is a passion, we like to welcome our guests, we like to share, and we enjoy meeting people of all kinds and cultures, we are curious and love curious people, because life is the discovery of the world and the journey its most fascinating form.
Our journey starts at home in the District Esquilino, Via Santa Croce in Gerusalemme at 1.5 km from Termini station and links to the airports (15min walk), 300m from the Metro Manzoni (3min), 1 km from the Basilica of St. John Lateran (5min), 1.5 km from the Coliseum and Rione Monti (15min). With good access to the entire city, an area full of services, bars and restaurants, green and quiet, full of charm and attractions, historic markets, shopping streets, museums and exhibition spaces. In addition to the train station and the metro in the immediate vicinity there are also various bus and tram stops. It is definitely the best served area for transport in Rome.
Many restaurants, bars, clubs and pubs nearby, many of them quaint and local, various parks and historical green areas such as Piazza Vittorio where there is also the typical Neighborhood Market, Colle Oppio park with the beautiful view of the Colosseum, Villa Celimontana where in the warm seasons they organize interesting events and music festivals, the Baths of Caracalla where you can see the opera or play sports in gardens equipped with gyms in the open, athletic fields and the Circus Maximus to stroll among the imperial forums and the beautiful rose garden and the market Country Amica Km0 on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
The Monti area in the immediate vicinity (metro Cavour) offers various ideas for fun things to do, very characteristic and stylish, full of shops of artisans, designers and artists for alternative and independent shopping; bars, clubs and restaurants creative but tied to the traditions, with honest non touristic prices and an Urban Market on Saturday and Sunday mornings is almost a ritual for the neighborhood, like treating yourself to a drink in the evenings in the quaint Piazza della Madonna dei Monti.
